We are back in Columbus for an unprecedented 4th year in a row. Join your friends from all over North America and beyond for another year of awesome worship, inspiring speakers and testimonies, and now the 3rd Kairos International Film Festival! Conference check-in opens at 4:00pm Friday, January 8th, 2010. The final session ends at 1:00pm on Sunday, January 10th.
Hyatt Regency of Columbus, Downtown Columbus Ohio.
Basic Conference Fee: $145 (includes conference materials and hotel accommodation with four per room. Note: this does not include meals).
Accommodation Upgrades/Surcharges:
Double: Basic Conference Fee + $60 = $205 per person in a two person room.
Single: Basic Conference Fee + $180 = $325 per person in a one person room.

Registration form and at least a $50 deposit (non-refundable and non-transferable) must be received by 11:59pm on December 20th.
Late Registration Fee: December 21st-December 27th add $15.
Last Minute Registration Fee: After 11:59 pm on December 27th add $50.
We will offer refunds, less the $50 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit until the 2nd registration deadline—11:59 pm on December 27th. After this point, we will only refund in the event of severe emergencies such as illness or death.
Are you one of the fortunate ones who has someone else or another organization (a community or outreach) paying for you? If so, please pay the fee and get reimbursed directly. Kairos will not be accepting partial payments this year.
