John is the founder of University Christian Outreach (1979). He has spent many years travelling the globe (Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa), helping many Christian communities to get more firmly established. He speaks fluent Spanish and good French, and can read the Scriptures in both the original Hebrew and Greek-and his English is OK too. He is presently serving as the overall leader of the Servants of the Word, and serves on several executive committees within the Sword of the Spirit. As many have come to know, John is a profound teacher and counselor, a great friend, and a man who is truly marked by genuine love for God and love for others.
